With a background in dance and exercise classes, she creates a supportive space where you can follow the music, move at your own pace and enjoy yourself.

Do I need any dance experience?
No. The routines are easy to follow, and you can move at your own pace. Beginners are welcome.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothes and supportive footwear, and bring some water. Come ready to enjoy the music!

Do classes run during school holidays?
All venues are term time only. Occasional Fridays at Hermon are unavailable, so please check in advance.
